- Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and drafting of estate planning documents, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Proxies.
- Manage client intake and information gathering for estate plans.
- Coordinate document execution and ensure compliance with state requirements.
- Prepare and submit Medicaid applications for long-term care.
- Work with clients and financial institutions to ensure proper asset structuring for Medicaid eligibility.
