About the Role
We are seeking a Paralegal with 3-5 years of experience in Estate Planning, Medicaid, Probate, and Trust & Estates to assist in the preparation and drafting of various documents, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Proxies.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing client intake, coordinating document execution, and preparing and submitting Medicaid applications for long-term care.
