Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting estate planning documents and handling complex trust structures
- Overseeing Medicaid eligibility strategies and asset protection planning
- Providing ongoing support to clients and helping them maintain and update their estate plans over time
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Surrogate's Court procedures and probate administration
