Role Description
This can be either an on-site or remote internship. The intern will be responsible for creating engaging content for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Youtube Shorts and Pinterest to promote our brand. Daily tasks include content creation, video editing, community engagement, and creative collaboration.
Television success
Shezza was recently featured on Amazon Prime’s new version of Shark Tank and has big celebrity judges such as Gwyneth Paltrow, Tony Hawk, the Ring doorbell founder and more. Shezza won the entire episode and grand prize! (Episode 11 on Prime Video). See trailer here :
Company Team
You will work directly under Tiffany Gil– a 2021 SDSU alumni, involved in the Lavin Entrepreneurship program, Entrepreneur Society, ZIP launchpad program, and other accelerator programs. Tiffany has a great deal of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, entrepreneurship, and overseas manufacturing.
What you will get the opportunity to learn / possible tasks that you could work on :
- Brainstorming ideas for engaging TikTok videos to replicate and recreate with our own twist
- Managing social media– Use your creativity to make engaging content on many social media platforms– many of ours have gone very viral! (150 million views and over 20,000 orders)
- Managing our Instagram (63k followers) and TikTok (34k followers)
- Taking professional photos and videos of products
- Editing images on Canva.com
- Search for influencers who would associate with our brand, gather information about their demographics and social presence, and contact them via DM and email
Qualifications
Compensation : Experience and commission
This will primarily be an internship for experience, however, we do have commission structure. If you create a viral video, you will be compensated by the # of views (50k , 100k, 300k, etc)
