Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Field Account Executives in the area to be the customer's trusted advisor as an IT generalist.
- Take ownership of the solution practice pipeline by developing a strategy for top prospects and discovering, retaining, and acquiring new business.
- Uncover a customer's technology opportunities within the data center, cloud, network, security, collaboration, and services space.
- Strategize and develop solutions to fit customers' needs and budget.
- Engage with multiple layers of contacts within a client's organization - including CIO, IT Directors, CTO, etc.
- Educate and develop partnered sales teams on technical selling, product training, services, and technology trends.
