Job Summary
SHI is seeking an experienced Exchange Engineer to join our internal IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the life cycle management of on-premises and cloud messaging services, including but not limited to Exchange Hybrid environment, Teams, Slack, and Mimecast.
This position is required to report to the SHI Somerset NJ or SHI Austin office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Installation, design, migration, and retirement of the following services:
- Exchange on-premises & Exchange Online Hybrid environment
- Email security implementation and maintenance
- Microsoft Teams
- Slack
- Mimecast Journaling
- Mimecast Security
- Monitor and respond to critical emails/issues off-hours
- Interact with other teams to assist in troubleshooting
- Installation, design, migration, and retirement of the following services:
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience engineering and administering Exchange on-premises and/or Exchange Online
- Experience engineering and administering Exchange Hybrid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
- Experience with DMarc compliance and implementation
- Understanding of SMTP concepts
- Understanding of Exchange on-premises and/or Exchange online mail flow
- Understanding of IIS
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting

Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL certification
- Microsoft/Azure technology-related certification

Unique Requirements
- Position requires up to 10% travel
Additional Information
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
