As a Part-Time Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our office runs smoothly. You will be responsible for organizing office tasks, answering phone calls, managing emails, and supporting our team with various administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to emails and handle correspondence promptly.
- Organize and maintain office files and documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Ensure the office is tidy and well-organized.
- Provide general administrative support to team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable and punctual.
Hours:
Part-time hours during the work-week (Monday- Friday)
