Job Summary
The Commercial Inside Account Executive - Development will focus on acquiring new customers for SHI across a named account list by profiling, qualifying, and prospecting into Commercial accounts. Working with our Sales Leadership, Internal Support, and Strategic Development Teams, the Cmcrl Inside Account Executive - Development will be enabled to position SHI's Innovative Solutions and World Class Support to their target customer list.
This position is required to report to the Austin, TX location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities

Develop new customers using targeted sales techniques; including, Cold Calling, Emailing, and Customer MeetingsDrive account growth by profiling, qualifying, and prospecting into new Commercial accountsContinually meet or exceed Managed Business Objectives by selling company products, solutions, and services to new Commercial customersUpdate IT standards and contact profile information in CRMPosition SHI's Portfolio of Products, Solutions, Services and CapabilitiesIdentify, Create, Develop and Manage Opportunities in the Sales Pipeline and Sales Management PlatformUnderstand Customer's Business Objectives, IT Priorities, and InitiativesDevelop and maintain Strategic Relationships with customers and partner contactsQuote and place orders based on customer requestsCollaborate with Pre and Post Sales Internal Support TeamsProvide excellent customer serviceKeep updated on product and industry knowledgeAttend product and sales trainings as requiredQualifications
Completed Bachelor's Degree (College / University)Proficiency in business productivity tools (Microsoft) - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointHave successfully completed all Corp Inside Sales Onboarding curriculum and training requirements as outlined by managementRequired Skills

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $150,000 which includes a base salary and commission. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
