Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Program Manager specializing in AI / ML applications for internal IT systems. This position will work directly with IT leadership, executive leadership, product owners, and various SHI departments to ensure the successful implementation of AI / ML initiatives.
This position must report to the SHI Austin office location as determined by SHI management.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects with high complexity and visibilityManage project scope, including the creation and execution of change requests as neededAssemble and lead project teams which often include internal and external resources, partners, etcCollaborate with product owners, leadership, and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and gather detailed requirements, write detailed product specifications, write Epics and Users Stories and acceptance criteriaDevelop and execute detailed project plans that include all phases of project deliveryRegularly communicate project expectations, status, risks, etc. to appropriate individuals throughout the organization, including executive leadershipAccountable for project deliverables and ensuring project financials and milestones are metAssist with efforts to evaluate requirements and provide guidance in support of Statement of Work preparation, as neededResponsible for leading and developing new or emerging technology service offeringsActively contribute to process improvement activities and mentor othersQualifications
7 years' experience in driving product vision, roadmap, design, communication, particularly within the AI / ML domainBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field7 years' experience with Agile principles, leading scrums, building user stories, writing specifications, and managing team resourcesStrong understanding of AI / ML technologies and software development processesFamiliarity with the complete product and software development cycleExcellent leadership and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDeep understanding of customer needs and user-centric designPrevious management experience preferred but not requiredWorking knowledge of IT concepts : security, servers, storage, cloud computing, disaster recoveryProficiency in Jira, Conflunce, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointIdeally PMP Certification and / or Certified Scrum at Scale Practitioner (CSaSP) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)Required Skills

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $95,000 - $160,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
