Position Summary
A skilled installer will be responsible for installing various façade materials including but not limited to insulated metal panel, terracotta, porcelain, profile metal panel, phenolic and plate panels.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Job duties in this position may include, but are not limited to, the following areas and responsibilities:
A minimum of two years experience installing various façade material.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to outside conditions that include inclement weather, moisture, wind, heat and humidity. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee will work at various heights in man lifts, swing stages, on scaffolding and climb on ladders. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls or carries objects; uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. The employee must have good stamina.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Job duties in this position may include, but are not limited to, the following areas and responsibilities:
- Competent in reading and interpreting architectural, manufacture and ProCLAD generated systems drawings
- Maintain proper façade system layout
- Installation of air vapor barrier and insulation systems
- Installation of subgirt and girt assemblies for finish façade products
- Installation of flashing for these systems
- Capable of field modifying many system components as required
- Capable to complete the daily project report form with supervision
- 10 hour OSHA trained at a minimum 30 hour recommended
- Competent in the use of all trade related tools
- Certified to operate fork lift, man lift, swing stage
- May be required to maintain rigging certification
- Maintains a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
- Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. Brings problems to the attention of the foreman, safety director or HR manager.
A minimum of two years experience installing various façade material.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of system operation, building plans and working drawings
- Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation
- Valid State/Driver’s license
- 10 hour OSHA trained at a minimum, 30 hour preferred
- High standard of integrity and professionalism
