What are the responsibilities and job description for the Signals Analyst position at Shield Consulting Solutions, Inc.?

Basic Requirements
- Degree in a technical field
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Relevant experience must be in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems.
- PROFORMA (waveform, bitstream, parametrics) expertise
- Experience w/ PKTswing and NGView for bit level identification and characterization
