We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Guard to provide temporary patrol services in a residential community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, patrolling the premises, monitoring activity, and responding to any potential security issues.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine patrols throughout the community to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor and report suspicious activities or security incidents.
- Enforce community rules and regulations as required.
- Respond to alarms or calls for assistance.
- Provide a visible security presence to deter potential threats.
- Write detailed incident reports when necessary.
- Work closely with residents, management, and local authorities.
Requirements:
- Valid security guard license (Florida D Licence).
- Previous experience in security or patrol is preferred.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to work outdoors and walk/stand for extended periods.
- Availability for shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends, if required.
