Job Responsibilities:
-Generate and follow up on leads (we provide leads training on door-to-door sales).
- Conduct free roof inspections and educate homeowners about insurance claims.
- Work with insurance adjusters to help customers get the coverage they deserve.
-Close deals and help homeowners restore their homes after storm damage.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide top-tier customer service.
Qualifications:
- No experience required – We provide full training!
-Strong communication & people skills.
-Self-motivated & goal-driven – Ability to work independently.
-Comfortable with outdoor, face-to-face sales (door-to-door experience is a plus).
-Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
-Sales experience in roofing, solar, car sales, or insurance is a plus but not required.
