Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, particularly in the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with loan processing, loan origination, or working as a loan officer is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in basic math skills and the ability to perform calculations accurately.
- Experience with 10 key typing for efficient data entry is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing contracts and client information.
- A proactive approach to learning about financial products and services will be beneficial in this role.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
