Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a welcoming environment, and assisting with various operational tasks. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to hospitality, making it essential for enhancing the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for and coordinating customer Pick-up and Deliveries.
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their needs upon arrival.
- Transport customers and staff, as needed.
- Keep our lot clean, neat and organized, picking up trash, ensuring our inventory is merchandised properly (replacing license plate brackets and inserts, window stickers, etc.), starting vehicles on a regular basis and moving vehicles as needed or directed by the Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lane area and other customer touch points throughout our facility.
- Ensure all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and in the showroom.
- Assist with weather related removal and clean up, when necessary.
- Building and grounds maintenance, as needed.
- Run errands for various departments, as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Must provide great customer service.
- Other tasks and special projects, as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks.
- Self-Starter with the ability to work well as part of a team or independently.
- Must have great customer service skills and be customer service minded.
- Must be detail oriented and be able to pay great attention to detail.

- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
