Patient Services Representative - Pharmacy Team
">We are seeking a highly motivated Patient Services Representative to join our Pharmacy Team. In this role, you will provide exceptional patient care and support through the patient's journey with specialty pharmacy.
">About the Role
">Your primary responsibility will be to act as a single point of contact, providing assistance with refills, coordinating drug delivery, addressing new insurance and/or copay challenges, and monitoring adherence. You will also work closely with the care team to resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
">Requirements
">- 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician
- State pharmacy technician license or registration
- Nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent (preferred)
