Responsibilities
As the single point of contact for a specialty pharmacy patient, liaisons assess needs and provide support with every refill, coordinate drug delivery, address any new insurance and/or copay challenges, and monitor for adherence.
Collaboration and Problem-Solving
When issues arise, they work across the care continuum with other clinical and pharmacy team members including the clinical pharmacist, the prescriber, and the clinic staff to ensure concerns are resolved quickly.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
- State pharmacy technician license or registration.
- Nationally certified as a CPhT or equivalent (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED required.
