ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our organization specializes in MRI, PET/CT scanning, and ambulatory surgery centers. We are looking for a recruiting expert who understands the unique challenges and opportunities within the healthcare sector.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals, including radiologic technologists, nurses, surgical staff, imaging specialists, and administrative personnel.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates within the healthcare sector.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, healthcare recruitment platforms, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Collaborate with HR Team to analyze hiring metrics & continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Maintain and enhance the employer brand by showcasing our commitment to excellence.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates through active and passive channels for future hiring needs.
- Participate in industry-specific career fairs, medical recruitment events, and networking activities to expand sourcing channels.
- Maintain HRIS records and accurately record candidate workflow history within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
ABOUT YOU:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role, with a focus on healthcare recruitment preferred.
- Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Experience working in Workday is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage at different management levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting strict hiring timelines.
- Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems and issues by using judgement that is consistent with company standards and employment law
