URGENTLY HIRING!

We are looking for someone that can work 4-8 hours a day on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays.

At Shields Unlimited, we keep nearly 40,000 vehicles equipped with protective films across our current 5-state footprint. Our mission is providing the highest quality install service for the companies we've partnered with in the automotive industry. As an Installer, you're the face of our company's services and you will represent the companies we are partnered with. You will be applying films to dealership vehicles to protect them in everyday life for new vehicle owners, while consistently exceeding the quality expectations of our growing customer base. In this entry-level role, we will equip you with the proper training that will allow you to work confidently and efficiently in the field.

You will be working in a field-oriented role which requires you to work outdoors, using tools, and being in a variety of working conditions and locations. You will work independently with minimal supervision.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO SHIELDS UNLIMITED

Required Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Technical Skills: Ability to accurately measure distances, work with various small hand tools such as a measuring tape, vinyl scrapers, trim tools/blades, squeegees, heat guns, and cleaning supplies
• Skills: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsible, reliable
• Abilities: Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Physical: Able to walk over all types of terrain in all kinds of weather while carrying tools and equipment. Ability to work with protective films and work outdoors for extended periods of time in any season and/or during inclement weather
• Reliable Transportation or Valid Driver's License with the ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories.

Preferred Skills

• Attention to detail in both installation services as well as vehicle presentation
• familiarity with the automotive industry and how films work
• Ability to perform accurate assessments of vehicles before a job is started

Schedule

• 8-hour day shifts for full time
• Flexible 4-hour shifts for part-time
• weekends as needed
