Role: Senior ERP Consultant (Workday)
Location: Austin, TX (Local Profiles to TX only)
Duration: Long-Term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and validate nightly data feeds for GL synchronization.
- Collaborate with IT to migrate from on-premises mainframe to cloud-based ERP.
- Develop testing protocols for data accuracy and system integrity.
- Train central finance teams on Workday Financials modules.
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications : Workday Financials certification required; PMP preferred.
- Experience :
- 5 full-cycle ERP implementations (higher education or healthcare preferred).
- Expertise in Workday HCM/Payroll integrations and data governance frameworks.
- Skills :
- SQL, XML, and ETL tools (Informatica, Talend).
- Knowledge of FERPA/HIPAA compliance.
