Billing Analyst
Shift Digital is looking for a Billing Analyst to join our team! The Billing Analyst will be responsible for creating and modifying Power BI billing reports, performing audits, and providing insight on the client billing process for various brands.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating billing efforts for new program enrollments between the client, providers, and internal business owners
- Produce, modify and deliver weekly billing reports to internal business owners on a variety of brands for new and existing digital programs
- Identify and communicate common issues & trends, and provide ideas that can make the billing process better for both the team and the client
- Help internal business owners understand best practices for new enrollments to ensure the program’s success
- Routine auditing of billing reports and the compliance process to ensure its effectiveness
- Support the overall health of the digital program
- Manage expectations, set realistic goals, and achieve them
- Managed Rev Share Collections across all brands.
- Trued Up Response reporting with Salesforce
- Provides Monthly Reporting for Response that is used by billing team.
- Create and Maintain Dashboard for Digital Advertising.
- Monitor Trends in Digital Advertising
- Promptly respond to one off requests for additional deep dive Digital Advertising Reporting
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 0-2 years’ experience in billing and/or analytics. Experience in the automotive.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- IF statements
- VLOOKUP
- CONCATENATE
- Pivot Tables
- Self-motivated, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to thrive and multi-task in a busy sales and support environment
- Must be able to work under pressure with ambiguous or competing priorities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are expected
