As a Sr. Program Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our Digital Retailing and Tools programs for one of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have project management skills, a strong understanding of dealer website tools, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll work closely with our internal teams and external vendors to ensure the best possible value is delivered to our client.
This is a full-time position based at our Laguna Beach, CA office. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid holidays, and PTO.

Responsibilities
- Support the DR and Tools programs with client satisfaction and program profitability top of mind
- Manage projects from beginning to final delivery to client across all lines of business within the program
- Provide direction to internal Shift Digital teams (field consultants, delivery, and dealer support) based on client needs
- Manage project scope and client expectations and develop contingency plans with the support of the Director
- Manage project status including milestone tracking, budget, allocation, and open issues with the support of the Director
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
