[Position Overview]
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Mechanical Design Engineer to develop advanced mechanical systems and components for our UAVs and autonomous platforms. This critical role involves working collaboratively across engineering disciplines, from concept design through to final production.
[Responsibilities]
* Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems, structures, and components for UAV and autonomous systems.
* Conduct detailed mechanical analysis, including structural, thermal, and dynamic simulations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, firmware, production, and quality engineers to ensure comprehensive integration.
* Generate accurate 3D models, engineering drawings, and documentation using CAD software.
* Develop and test prototypes, analyze results, and implement design improvements.
* Ensure designs meet stringent aerospace and defense standards for reliability, durability, and performance.
* Provide technical guidance and support during manufacturing, assembly, and testing phases.
* Stay current with advanced mechanical engineering methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
[Qualifications]
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
* Demonstrated experience in mechanical design and analysis, ideally within aerospace, defense, or high-tech industries.
* Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA).
* Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and simulation tools.
* Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.

* Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and handle multiple projects concurrently.
