We are a well-established group psychotherapy practice serving adults throughout Colorado and the PsyPact states. We pride ourselves on creating an environment where our therapists have the freedom and support to offer their well-honed clinical skills to support individuals as they cope with and heal from cancer, chronic illnesses, loss, and professional burnout. We hope to invite a licensed therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD or PhD) to join our practice as a contractor. Preference for a therapist trained in Health/Medical Psychology, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, Internal Family Systems, CBT-Insomnia, Couples Therapy Interventions, and/or EMDR. We welcome someone who has PsyPact approval. This is position is great fit for someone who wishes to work alongside a seasoned,
supportive team and enjoy the benefits of private practice (ie, schedule flexibility, pay, autonomy,
working with your ideal client) without the stress and hassles (administration, marketing,
managing EHR, overhead fees, getting paneled with insurance companies, billing). We are a
collaborative group practice that offers regular group and individual consultations.

We offer the option of working from home in a telehealth and in-person hybrid mode. Membership to Colorado Psychological Association (or stipend toward Continue Education) is provided. We can also
negotiate retirement/insurance benefits and paid time off after a certain period of time being on
our team.
Role Description
This is a contract Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Therapist role at Shift Healing | Health Psychology in Wheat Ridge, CO, with flexibility for some remote work. The therapist will be responsible for providing compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy services and working collaboratively with behavioral health and medical professionals to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
