Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, coach, and provide constructive feedback to a team of mechanics. Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture.
- Tool Competency: Demonstrate proficiency with various tools, including power tools, to support team operations.
- Data & Technological Proficiency: Ability to use tools like Excel and Google Sheets
- Scheduling: Create and manage team schedules
- Inventory/Warehouse Management: Oversee inventory processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient warehouse operations.
- Bike Knowledge: Possess basic knowledge of bicycle mechanics
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be able to work one weekend day per week.
