Description
We are looking for Field Fleet Mechanic to join our operations team. As a Field Fleet Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing all tasks associated with the Field Fleet maintenance program, including but not limited to cleaning and repairing the program's bikes and stations. The ideal candidate would have previous bike repair experience, good mechanical and technical aptitude, and the ability to make in-the-moment decisions to meet and exceed team KPIs.

- Inspect, diagnose, and repair rideables to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Conduct routine checks on all rideable components and perform preventative maintenance.
- Document completed repairs, parts used, and maintenance performed on each rideable
- Reference SOPs and best practices to ensure a safe and efficient workflow

Requirements
- Some level of bicycle repair or mechanical experience
- Experience with hand, air, and power tools preferred
- Good mechanical and technical aptitude
- The ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization
- The ability to use technology provided by the company
- A willingness to work in all weather conditions outside, year-round
- The ability to perform assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable access to transportation to and from work
- The ability to lift 75 lbs
- The ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods
- Must have a valid driver's license
