Divvy Field Operations Team Member- Seasonal

We are seeking Field Operations Team Members to join our bike or scooter operations team. As a Field Agent, you will be responsible for field-based tasks to ensure the effective operation of the system's bike & scooter capacities and station performance. The ideal candidate should have an active driver's license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make in-the-moment decisions to meet and exceed team KPIs. Anticipated end date for this position is September 2025.

Requirements

• Previous Customer Service Experience preferred
• The ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization
• The ability to use technology provided by the company
• A willingness to work in all weather conditions outside, year-round
• The ability to perform assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Has reliable access to transportation to and from work
• Possess a valid and active driver's license
• The ability to lift 75 lbs
• The ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods
