Supervisor, Field Bike Maintenance

We are looking to hire a Supervisor to join our Bike Maintenance team. As a Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our field bike mechanics, and responsible for ensuring high levels of productivity, compliance, and safety. You will support our staff in the field/depot, communicate with multiple levels of management, and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee daily field/depot operations, including inspections and repairs
• Monitor key performance indicators for service and fleet performance
• Use reporting tools to closely follow shift productivity and coach accordingly
• Escalate issues effectively through appropriate channels
• Promote compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Requirements

• Leadership experience, ideally within the transportation, logistics, or operations field. Prior experience with bike share is preferred
• Intermediate computer skills, the ability to use technology provided by the company
• The ability to perform assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable access to transportation to and from work
• The ability to lift 75 lbs
• Ability to work Sunday - Thursday
  
  

Due to the nature of the work performed by the company, the Supervisor may be assigned to perform duties outside their responsibilities, up to and including work in the field.
