As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales initiatives, drive lead generation, and build long-term client relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. The BDR will focus on identifying and engaging potential clients, optimizing outbound strategies, as well as developing and tracking key metrics. You will work closely with senior leadership and the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and optimize our sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify target accounts, decision-makers, and customer profiles within the crypto, fintech, and SaaS industries.
- Engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead funnels and improve conversion rates.
- Utilize CRM (Zoho CRM) to track leads, manage sales activities, and report progress.
- Assist in refining the sales process and identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Track key sales metrics, goals, and OKRs to ensure performance benchmarks are met.
- Support partnership management efforts, fostering strong relationships with external stakeholders.
