Skills You Bring To this Role:

·        Must have 3 years of user interface design experience designing in an agile development environment.

·        Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodologies.

·        Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to deliver in scope and on time.

·        A good understanding of programming languages, content management systems, and design tools.

·        Full stack designer with experience in all phases of UX design, including but not limited to (Research, Design, A/B Testing).

·        Must be Highly proficient in a variety of design tools (Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD, Framer X, Webflow, etc.).

·        Must have Experience with 3D design tools (Babylon, Phocus3D, Blender, TinkerCAD, etc.).

·        Must have Working knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how to incorporate them into modern user experiences.

·        Must be Well versed in creating user guides, tool tips, Help or FAQs section for consumer sites.

·        Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.

·        High degree of ownership on both tactical and strategic projects with the ability to unblock themselves.

·        Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

·        Experience designing consumer-facing web applications for SaaS platforms.

·        Works well in teams, respecting and welcoming ideas from colleagues.

·        Strong customer/client focus, ownership, urgency, and drive.

·        Experience in Agile Processes and delivery.
