Duration -1 year plus
Client - Major financial services company
Interview process - 1 Virtual interviews, 1 final onsite interview in NYC
Work Authorization - L2EAD, GCEAD,USC,GC,H4EAD
Work Location- Onsite 2 days per week in Newark NJ remote for 3 days. Candidates must already reside in the NYC area.
Must Haves
- 3 Years experinece as a KDB Developer. Must understand q (the programming language for KDB)
- Basic understanding of FIX protocols
- Basic knowlegde and undertsnding of Linux
- Python Programming
- Understanding of US Equity Markets and rules
- Must be self motived, independent, does self research

This KDB Developer will be using python to run rapid scripts to run reports using the KDB Database. The developer will use q (programing language for KDB) to aggregate and analyze data, perform statistical functions, and join data sets.
