PM / Engineer hybrid will need to :
- Oversee and organize a remote work team of 2-3 engineers to track and maintain progress within a timeline in completing essential platform modules and data reporting techniques while coordinating set up for future add on projects and platform modules.
- Report to and work with stakeholders for management of progress, cost, difficulties, delays, etc.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings as well as DevOps meetings; and be available to interact ad hoc with the team.
- Participate in the development of the platform's modules and reporting as well as future projects.
- Most importantly, will communicate effectively with product stakeholders and convert those requests into stories / tasks that the developers can pick up to achieve feature complete.
