A leading P&C insurance provider needs a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to establish and maintain standards for systems analysis, requirements gathering, and vendor management, analyze new business system development, and improve existing business processes. This is a hybrid opportunity; qualified applicants must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Boston and be willing and able to work onsite 4 days per week.
Responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst :
- Perform workflow analysis, create workflow diagrams, and suggest improvements to processes
- Establish and maintain methods and standards for broad range of operational and enterprise applications
- Understand current state and desired future state of various systems
- Perform and prepare impact analysis documentation
- Be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle
