What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Jira and Atlassian Solutions Engineer / Admin position at ShiftCode Analytics?
Location : 100% Remote ( Must work PST time zone, can live anywhere in US )
Visas : US Citizen, Green Card or H4 EAD, only ( W2 candidates will be on client's payroll )
- MUST HAVE'S.......
- Must have 6 years Jira Atlassian Architect Engineer including current experience building out governance, best practices and automation for our Atlassian Project Management Systems (Jira, Confluence). ( building custom solutions, release tracking )
- Must Have Cloud Experience s a Jira Atlassian Architect Engineer (not looking for people with data centers or on-prem server experience (Cloud Jira Atlassian experience)
- Cloud Must have 6 years including current experience scaling and optimizing business processes and Cloud infrastructure
- MUST HAVE "Script Runner" tools experience (ScriptRunner)
- Must have current experience drilling deep into Jira workflows , and be able to design schema configurations and templates to optimize business processes when needed .
- REST API background : Experience with APIs and designing solutions to leverage interfaces to build automation or capabilities such as dashboarding or monitoring

We hiring an experienced Jira and Atlassian Solutions Engineer / Architect to help scale and optimize our business processes and project management infrastructure as the company continues its hyper-growth. You will be a key member of the Corporate Engineering team to build out governance, best practices and automation for our Atlassian Project Management Systems (Jira, Confluence). You will report to the Sr. Manager, Systems Engineering as part of the CIO's organization.
