What You'll Do :
Lead audit engagements for nonprofit organizations, employee benefit plans, and homeowner associations.Collaborate with clients and team members to provide innovative and tailored solutions.Mentor and train team members to support their professional growth.Play a key role in identifying and implementing technology innovations to enhance audit processes, including exploring and integrating advanced tools like generative AI.Stay current with evolving industry standards and technological advancements.Participate in occasional in-person events and client site visits within South Carolina to strengthen client and team relationships.What We're Looking For :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's a plus).CPA or CPA-eligible.2 years of progressive audit experience, preferably including nonprofit and employee benefit plan audits.A passion for technology and innovation, with the ability and motivation to drive the future of audit through advanced tools and methodologies.Preferably a residence of South Carolina, with flexibility for occasional in-person client or team events.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.What You'll Get :
