Key Responsibilities :
Engagement Leadership : Plan, manage, and execute audits for nonprofits, employee benefit plans, and homeowner associations.Remote Team Builder : Mentor, guide, and inspire a collaborative team, leveraging virtual tools to foster connection and success.Client Connector : Be the go-to advisor for clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored, expert solutions.Tech-Savvy Innovator : Drive efficiency and innovation using the latest technology, including generative AI and audit automation tools.Technology Pioneer : Collaborate with the leadership team to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative technologies that enhance audit practices and prepare the firm for the future of audit.Occasional On-Site Contributor : Attend periodic firm-wide gatherings and work with clients in person on select engagements.Qualifications We Value :
Active CPA with a strong understanding of audit methodology.5 years of progressive public accounting assurance experience, including nonprofits or employee benefit plans.Preferably resides in South Carolina or is willing to relocate, with the ability to attend occasional in-person events and client site visits.Self-motivated and ability to contribute to the firm's technology innovation initiatives, shaping the future of audit.Proficiency in generative AI, audit automation tools, and other cutting-edge technologies.Strong communication and leadership skills that shine in a remote-first environment.What Sets Us Apart?
