Job Description
As a ShiftMed registered nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collections and documentation of comprehensive patient data
- Development of individualized care plans that address patient needs and preferences
- Implementation and coordination of care delivery across settings and caregivers
- Evaluation of progress towards attainment of patient outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Current CPR certification and annual physical examination
- COVID-19 vaccination and adherence to CMS and local Department of Health guidance
