To succeed as a ShiftMed certified nursing assistant, you must have:
- Certification from an accredited CNA training course.
- Active CNA license from the state in which you plan to work.
- Minimum 1 year acute care of CNA work experience.
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing and walking.
- Push, pull, support, and lift a minimum of 80 pounds.
- Annual physical.
- Negative TB test results.
- BLS in CPR.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- COVID-19 Vaccination.
EPIC EMR experience is a plus, but not required.
