Work independently with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Deliver high-quality care with a focus on patient needs.Utilize computer systems relevant to pharmacy operations, including typing new prescriptions, processing refill prescriptions, and entering other prescription data into the computer system.Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure medication safety.Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications.Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing and walking.Job Requirements for the Pharmacy Technician :

Hourly pay rates may differ based on the location of ShiftMed healthcare facility partners. All advertised rates reflect the wages ShiftMed partner facilities are currently offering. Hourly rates fluctuate throughout the week depending on the facility you schedule shifts with.ShiftMed adheres to CMS and local Department of Health guidance on COVID-19 vaccinations. Healthcare professionals must be up to date on all recommended COVID-19 vaccinations, including a booster dose when required. Healthcare professionals not up to date on COVID-19 vaccination doses may be required to undergo weekly testing and comply with mask mandates at ShiftMed client facilities.
