Position Description : Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL A Truck Driver to join our transportation team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with an average of 45-50 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, be comfortable with overnight routes, and be committed to delivering goods safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Route Coverage : Cover routes across various states, ensuring timely delivery of goods to specified locations. Routes are typically dispatched at 10 : 00pm.
• Operational Hours : Work an average of 45-50 hours per week, generally within a 4-day work week from Sunday night through Friday afternoon, with drivers home on weekends.
• Overnight Routes : Complete 2 overnight routes per week, ensuring all deliveries are made according to schedule.
• Loading and Unloading : Use lift-gate, electric pallet jack, or cart / ramp for easier unloading into stores.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and DOT regulations to ensure safe and efficient transportation of goods.
• Vehicle Maintenance : Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the truck to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status, as well as delivery and pickup records.
• Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with store personnel during deliveries.

Qualifications :

• CDL A License : Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
• Experience : Previous experience as a CDL A truck driver, preferably with experience in overnight and multi-state routes.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in using GPS and other navigation tools.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
