As a key member of our team, you'll manage critical customer accounts, resolve client issues, and report directly to the CEO and COO. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their success with our platform.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, working cross-functionally to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Develop deep relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored support and guidance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and drive product improvements.
- Analyze account health metrics and create actionable plans to mitigate churn and drive account expansion.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of our client success processes and best practices.
- Assist in the creation of customer-facing resources, such as onboarding materials, knowledge base articles, and product guides.
