The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptionally sharp and versatile Executive Assistant to support our CEO and co-founder. Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and daily operations for the CEO
Think three steps ahead to anticipate needs and resolve potential issues before they arise
Drive strategic initiatives and special projects across multiple departments
Handle high-stakes communications with investors, partners, and key stakeholders
Organize and maintain critical documentation with meticulous attention to detail
Jump in to support various teams and learn different aspects of the business
