The Opportunity
We're seeking an excited, smart , goal-driven Healthcare Recruiter 'Community Lead' to expand our network of pharmacy professionals across multiple states. You'll play a crucial role in growing our provider pool and ensuring pharmacies have access to qualified staff for both permanent positions and PRN shifts. We're not just asking people to act like owners, we offer equity with this role so you've got a stake in the company. What You'll Do
- Source and engage pharmacists and pharmacy technicians through various channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and other professional networks
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified pharmacy professionals
- Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates
- Create compelling job posts and social media content to attract candidates
- Screen and evaluate candidates for qualifications and availability
- Guide candidates through the platform onboarding process
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
- Build relationships with pharmacy schools and professional organizations
- Stay current with pharmacy staffing trends and market conditions
