We're starting with pharmacy, where we're revolutionizing how facilities handle staffing gaps with our innovative per-diem staffing solution. Since launching in August 2023, we've built a thriving community of 6,000 active pharmacy professionals serving 500 pharmacies across TX, CA, NY, NJ, and FL – with a waitlist of 12K professionals eager to join as we expand nationwide.
We streamline the process of sourcing, credentialing, scheduling, and paying temporary (PRN) and full-time healthcare providers using generative AI and large language models (LLMs). Our focus is on seamlessly integrating healthcare providers into new clinical environments, ensuring they are prepared for each shift to deliver quality care.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Designer at ShiftRx. The Product Designer will be responsible for tasks such as visual design, design thinking, user research, product design, and UX research. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centric design solutions that enhance the healthcare staffing experience.
