Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing excellent hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, including brewing techniques and food handling practices.
• Operate the Toast POS system for processing orders and cash handling efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and ability to handle food responsibly.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and sales techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.41 - $17.55 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
