Compensation: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this Colorado position is $23.25-$25.24 per hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.

Schedule:
- Hours will be worked Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Schedule is flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and transport clients to medical, dental, vision, psychiatric, and court appointments.
- Maintain accurate medical charts, rosters, and reports in compliance with state standards.
- Document all medical appointments, injuries, and follow-up care.
- Ensure timely scheduling of initial and follow-up medical appointments.
- Coordinate and support psychiatric care, including obtaining necessary documentation and approvals.
- Ensure youth have adequate and accurate medication by managing prescriptions, refills, and medication records.
- Monitor and address medical requests, medication changes, and errors while ensuring proper documentation.
- Communicate medical updates and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain compliance with medical consent requirements, state regulations, and agency policies.

Requirements
- Must be a High School graduate
- Must have good problem solving skills
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have basic computer knowledge
- Must be flexible to travel between multiple campuses when needed
- Experience working with youth diagnosed with mental illness
- Some medical background is a plus
- Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with a clean motor vehicle record
- Must be willing to pass FBI fingerprint & child abuse database background checks
