We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to support the CEO and executive leadership team in aligning key business functions, including Sales, Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and Special Projects.
Job Purpose:
The Chief of Staff will work closely with the CEO to ensure the seamless execution of strategic priorities across Sales, Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and Special Projects. The role will help drive cross-functional alignment, enhance communication, and manage high-impact initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Support to the CEO: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing high-level support on business strategy, decision-making, and operational execution across departments.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure alignment between Sales, Finance, Operations, and Purchasing teams to optimize performance and drive results in line with the CEO’s strategic goals.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage special projects that span multiple departments, ensuring successful execution of key initiatives that contribute to operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Sales & Finance Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to track performance metrics, analyze financial data, and ensure strategic targets are being met, including budget management and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Operational Oversight: Assist in overseeing operational activities, particularly in relation to purchasing and supply chain efficiency, to ensure consistent performance across global plants.
  • Executive Communication: Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for the CEO, focusing on performance updates and strategic initiatives within Sales, Finance, Operations, Purchasing, and Special Projects.
  • Meeting Management: Organize and facilitate executive leadership meetings, setting agendas, managing follow-up actions, and ensuring accountability across departments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a point of contact for key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of the CEO’s priorities across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Purchasing.
  • Special Initiatives: Lead or contribute to high-priority special projects that support the company’s strategic growth and operational improvements.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Work with leadership teams to identify potential risks and resolve operational or cross-departmental issues proactively.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a Chief of Staff role or similar senior project management, business leadership, or operational role.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, particularly in Sales, Finance, Operations, and Purchasing functions.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly in coordinating efforts across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Purchasing departments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
