Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management within a Tier 1 automotive supplier environment
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in metal stamping, robotics, automation, and lean manufacturing processes
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and related automotive industry standards
- Proven track record in multi-site management and ability to oversee multiple plant operations simultaneously
