AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY/ SCOPE:
- Assist Quality Engineers in documenting Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA) and Risk Management assessments.
- Help create and maintain Control Plans, Work Instructions, and Check Sheets for manufacturing processes.
- Support the team in conducting audits to assess process adherence and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and organize audit reports, summarizing findings and suggestions.
- Collaborate in the development and tracking of Corrective Actions based on audit results and process reviews.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions related to quality control and process optimization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills such as pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis are a plus).
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering).
- Minimum classification of Sophomore (must be currently enrolled in an engineering program).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Duration: 3-month internship with flexible part-time or full-time scheduling based on availability.
