Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Operations to lead and manage the overall operations of multiple manufacturing facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing metal stamping production, robotics integration, and lean manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with industry standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO audits.
- Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day operational oversight across multiple plant sites to ensure the achievement of production targets, safety standards, quality objectives, and profitability goals.
- Utilize deep knowledge of metal stamping processes, automation, and robotics to optimize production efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve quality and throughput.
- Ensure strict adherence to IATF 16949 standards, ISO quality management systems, and other relevant industry certifications.
